Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day health and performance of our marketing automation and CRM ecosystem.
  • Ensure system stability, reliability, and scalability as lead volume, campaigns, and channels increase.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, failures, or inefficiencies and resolve them before they impact pipeline.
  • Adhere to system architecture, governance standards, and operating protocols.
  • Build, configure, test, and deploy multi-channel automation workflows including email sequences, ad triggers, and direct mail programs.
  • Execute campaigns precisely as designed in GTM “Plays” created by leadership and marketing strategy.
  • QA all workflows prior to launch to ensure logic, timing, personalization, and routing function as intended.
  • Act as the day-to-day supervisor for AI agents supporting prospecting, qualification, and engagement.
  • Monitor AI-driven conversations and outputs daily to ensure alignment with prompts, rules, and brand standards.
  • Identify failure patterns or improvement opportunities and escalate insights to leadership for refinement.

Requirements

  • Experience Level: Early-to-mid career with hands-on exposure to marketing automation or revenue operations.
  • Marketing Automation Familiarity: Experience with or exposure to tools such as HubSpot (workflows, lists, properties), Zapier, Make, Clay, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Fast Learner: Able to understand and operate new software platforms quickly, even without extensive documentation.
  • Operational Mindset: Comfortable executing within defined frameworks rather than designing strategy from scratch.
  • You are disciplined, detail oriented, and passionate about execution, who enjoys making complex systems work better at scale.
  • You respect process and understand why consistency matters, but you’re not rigid; you bring smart ideas and best practices that improve efficiency as volume grows.
  • You’re tech-native and tool-fluent, comfortable moving quickly across CRMs, automation platforms, and data tools, and energized by learning new systems.
  • You trust data over gut instinct, use metrics to diagnose issues, and stay calm and precise even in high-volume environments where reliability matters most.
