Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including promotional, nurture, and transactional messaging.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize automated workflows across marketing automation platforms to support lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
  • Own campaign setup including segmentation, personalization, scheduling, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built accurately and launched on schedule.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, and lead capture mechanisms within marketing automation platforms.
  • Maintain integrations between CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other systems using tools such as Zapier or native integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, list hygiene, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and related regulations.
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, click through rates, conversion metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives on subject lines, creative, messaging, and send times to improve performance.
  • Generate recurring reports on campaign effectiveness and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation within platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar systems.
  • Hands on experience building automated workflows and multi step nurture campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, personalization, and behavioral targeting.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and tools such as Zapier or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders and lead capture optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability standards and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
