Job Summary

Own and architect EverDwell\'s email automation and LinkedIn presence, delivering architecture-driven sequences for users, admins, and prospective clients, with independent copywriting and measurement of engagement and pipeline impact.

  • Design and own triggered sequences for three audiences, with platform setup, segmentation logic, and ongoing optimization.
  • Build scalable, behavior-based nurture and engagement tracks for users and warm prospects to shorten the sales cycle.
  • Lead LinkedIn presence and independent copywriting to drive credible pipeline-level visibility among the right buyers.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Build the email automation system
  • Design and build triggered sequences for three distinct audiences — end users of the platform, platform administrators, and prospective clients. You'll own the platform setup, segmentation logic, trigger conditions, copy, and ongoing optimization. This is architecture work, not campaign work.
  • Write all of it
  • Onboarding sequences, product update announcements, engagement nudges, survey requests, sales nurture emails, LinkedIn posts. You're producing the copy independently — not briefing an agency or managing a writer. Strong, clear writing is non-negotiable for this role.
  • Keep platform users active and engaged
  • Build the ongoing communication track for active platform users — feature updates, behavioral nudges, performance reminders, and certification program communications. The goal is improving user behavior at scale without requiring human time for every interaction.
  • Support the sales pipeline
  • Build and manage nurture sequences for warm prospects. Automate conference follow-ups. Create content that keeps EverDwell visible between founder touchpoints. Your job is to compress the sales cycle by making sure prospects never go cold.
  • Own LinkedIn
  • Manage the company page and support founder content. LinkedIn is our only social channel — our buyers live there. Consistent, credible presence builds pipeline. Vanity metrics don't matter here; what matters is whether the right people are seeing and responding to the content.
Requirements
  • You've built automated email sequences from scratch — not just sent campaigns. You understand triggers, segmentation, and behavior-based logic in platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • You write well and you write independently. You don't need a copywriter — you are the copywriter.
  • You've been the whole marketing department at a small company. You built the systems and wrote the content because there was no one else. That experience matters more than a big-company resume.
  • You think in audiences, not blasts. You understand that what a new user needs to hear is different from what a dormant user needs to hear is different from what a warm prospect needs to hear.
  • You measure what matters. Open rates, click rates, sequence completion, pipeline influence — you know how to report on whether the work is actually working.
Preferred
  • Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, government, financial services, or mission-driven organizations. You already know how to write for audiences who don't respond to hype.

Happy Medium

Happy Medium is a creative sanctuary.A place where small expressions—an artwork, a story, a thought—become ripples. We believe in the butterfly effect of art: that a single piece can shift someone’s day, that sharing truthfully makes space for others to do the same, and that beauty is its own kind of medicine. This is a home for art, mindfulness, community, and slow revolutions.Right now, we’re exploring:✦ Stories as tools for healing — because even our smallest, quietest days carry wisdom.✦ Art as a mirror — to help us pause, remember, and come home to ourselves.✦ Connection as creation — building with others, not for attention, but for belonging. We’re not in a rush. But we’re here. And we’re building something that might just change everything.
