Job Summary

Drive integrated marketing across digital channels for Bluegrass Lending, coordinating social, paid Meta ads, email/SMS outreach, and data-driven optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Marketing in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital channels
  • Manage and grow Bluegrass Lending’s social media presence, with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
  • Execute cold email and SMS outreach campaigns, including copywriting, list management, and performance tracking
  • Integrate and maintain marketing tools and AI-driven systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs through dashboards and analytics platforms
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the marketing team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and organic social media management
  • Familiarity with cold email platforms and SMS marketing tools
  • Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools and system integrations
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting marketing dashboards and analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
