Job Summary

Own and coordinate offline media workstreams spanning TV, radio, and podcast campaigns, from planning and production support to tracking, approvals, and vendor management.

  • Focuses on end-to-end campaign management across DRTV, radio, and podcasts.
  • Manages tracking, invoicing coordination, and compliance with SAG/AFTRA guidelines.
  • Collaborates with legal, agencies, and creative teams to secure approvals and drive optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Offline Media Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute offline media campaigns for Television (DRTV & Retail), Radio, and Podcast media channels.
  • Support in the production of DRTV, radio, and podcast creatives by coordinating logistics such as scheduling, shoot accommodations, and preparation.
  • Assist in securing casting approvals and ensuring compliance with SAG requirements when necessary.
  • Maintain all talent and licensing agreements pertaining to TV and radio creatives, including contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Generate and implement tracking codes for DRTV, radio, and podcast campaigns to enable comprehensive performance analysis and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the legal team and media agencies to secure network approvals for creatives.
  • Work with creative agencies, both external and internal, to facilitate creative revisions as needed.
  • Ensure that all creatives and scripts are cataloged and accessible within the company database.
  • Assist in the management of tracking of media invoices and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and on-time payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience working with offline media campaigns (TV, radio, or podcast).
  • Familiarity with traditional media buying, production logistics, and campaign tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with SAG/AFTRA or union guidelines is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
