Job Summary

Own operations and business development for an ABA center, balancing outreach to families, schools, and community partners with HR and daily center operations to convert leads into active services.

Growth and Business Development: Develop relationships that drive new client intake and track KPIs on outreach, referrals, and conversions.
Operational Leadership & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, marketing, intake pipeline, and insurance compliance liaison with HQ.
Human Resources & Culture: Hire, onboard, and coach administrative and clinical staff to ensure compassionate, consistent care.
