Job Description

Own multi-brand social strategy and voice across platforms, balance always-on content with big moments, and drive cross-functional alignment from creative to analytics.

  • Social Innovation: monitor platform landscape, creator culture, and competitors, delivering test-and-learn opportunities.
  • Brand Channel Ownership: manage end-to-end social for 2–3 brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Social Editorial: set tone, standards for engagement, and escalate conversations to nurture fan relationships.
  • Big Moment Strategy: architect social-first plans for launches, cultural moments, and licensing activations.
  • Always-on Content Production: contribute to calendars balancing storytelling, product messaging, and platform-native formats.
  • Global Collaboration: adapt influencer and social programs with regional teams.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: connect brand, marketing, licensing, entertainment, creative, and analytics to align social executions with business goals.
  • Retail & Social Commerce: integrate social features with creator content and coordinate with product, merchandising, and legal for alignment and measurement.
  • Mentorship: guide the Associate Social Media Manager and elevate creative and strategic judgment.
  • Analytics & Optimization: own brand performance reporting, surface insights, and sharpen strategy and investments.
