Job Summary

Own the HubSpot operations and email program, weaving AI-enabled tooling into governance, data integrity, and scalable campaign execution for ABM-led marketing.

  • HubSpot Platform Management: Own configuration, governance, and hygiene to keep a scalable hub for marketing ops.
  • Email Campaign Execution: Drive targeted, compliant email programs with AI-assisted personalization and optimization.
  • Workflow & ABM: Extend automation and ABM support with AI-enabled decisioning to accelerate lifecycle and campaign orchestration.

Job Description

  • HubSpot Platform Management: Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Platform Management: Manage overall platform configuration, user access, permissions, governance, and system hygiene.
  • HubSpot Platform Management: Maintain and optimize properties, lists, forms, landing pages, templates, and automation assets.
  • HubSpot Platform Management: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and best practices across the HubSpot environment.
  • HubSpot Platform Management: Evaluate and implement HubSpot’s native AI capabilities, as well as complementary AI tools, where they can improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.
  • HubSpot Platform Management: Help establish best practices for the responsible use of AI in marketing operations, including data quality, governance, and process consistency.
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Execution: Build, test, schedule, and deploy marketing email campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Execution: Manage audience segmentation, suppression lists, personalization, and campaign QA.
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Execution: Apply AI-supported approaches to improve email performance, including audience targeting, personalization, subject line testing, send optimization, and content recommendations.
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Execution: Ensure campaigns follow brand standards, compliance requirements, and email deliverability best practices.
