Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute Erborian’s U.S. influencer strategy across mega, macro and micro creators, driving structured and sustained community growth and retention.
  • Maintain strong, active relationships with talent managers, agents and independent creators.
  • Proactively nurture top organic brand fans and high-potential creators, converting early affinity into retained brand love.
  • Lead paid influencer partnerships end-to-end, including negotiation, usage rights management, contracting, briefing, execution and performance reporting.
  • Oversee evergreen gifting and VIP seeding strategy, ensuring organized, updated and strategic list management.
  • Manage a high-volume influencer program with strong organization, cadence and consistent touchpoints.
  • Continuously cultivate and expand creator relationships aligned with Erborian’s heritage and skincare authority.
  • Identify high-performing organic content and flag opportunities for paid amplification.
  • Ensure creator briefs are structured to support both organic storytelling paid usage.
  • Support the development and future launch of an affiliate program.
  • Lead influencer event execution and vendor coordination.
  • Support execution of U.S. PR strategy in partnership with agency.
  • Lead launch mailers and support pitch development.
  • Cultivate relationships with editors and tastemakers.
  • Track earned placements and EMV impact.
  • Own KPI tracking across influencer and PR programs.
  • Monitor EMV performance, community growth metrics, and pacing towards goals.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations to refine programming.
  • Support analysis of influencer activations’ impact on retail performance
  • Act as a self-esteem advocate, ensuring campaigns and products promote authentic confidence, and emotional well being.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing within beauty and/or skincare
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume, organized influencer program
  • Established relationships within the beauty, skincare, and wellness influencer space
  • Demonstrated track record of driving organic community growth and sustained creator engagement
  • Strong understanding of negotiating, influencer contracts, usage rights, content briefing, and campaign execution
  • Experience operating within retail-led environments
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in EMV tracking and performance reporting
  • Team player with strong worth ethic
  • Be in our New York office 2-3 days a week for team meetings and to ensure great teams synergies.
