Job Description

Responsibilities

  • NASCAR Experience: Lead end-to-end execution of the NASCAR Experience and assist with NASCAR Kids Zone across race weekends
  • Oversee all programming, logistics, and operational elements to ensure consistency and quality
  • Serve as an on-site leader for Fan Zone activations when required
  • Experience Programming & Operations : Develop and manage stage and display programming, including Run of Show creation and execution
  • Coordinate all driver appearances, partner integrations, and live programming elements
  • Continuously introduce new ideas to enhance fan engagement and experience quality
  • Talent & Stakeholder Management : Act as primary liaison for Driver Services, including securing and managing driver appearances
  • Manage NASCAR Experience talent, including scheduling, travel, and onsite coordination
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (Licensing, XM Radio, NASCAR Foundation, etc.) to align programming and logistics
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with Guest Services, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

  • College degree, preferably in related business field, i.e. Marketing, Sports Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years sports & event experience required
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects from concept through execution
  • Strong strategic, creative, and quick-thinking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams effectively
  • Experience operating in live event environments with a strong understanding of onsite logistics
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Operational mindset with the ability to think critically and execute under pressure onsite
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
