Job Summary

Own operational excellence for multi campaign lifecycle with a focus on pacing, delivery health, and escalations; standardize cross functional handoffs to reduce rework and revenue leakage; and remove blockers while guiding client relationships through proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of Digital Campaign Managers; establish performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • \n
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the team’s live campaign pacing, delivery health, and makegoods process, stepping in to support high-stakes or complex accounts.
  • \n
  • Process & Safeguards Strategy: Establish, institutionalize, and optimize delivery safeguards (buffers, pacing check templates, QA processes) across the department to minimize human error and revenue leakage.
  • \n
  • Cross-Functional Standardization: Clarify ownership and enforce clean, standardized handoff processes between Sales, Planning, Account Management, and Ad Operations prior to campaign launches.
  • \n
  • High-Level Problem Resolution: Partner with leaders in Ad Operations and Revenue Operations to resolve systemic delivery or billing issues and implement long-term preventative solutions.
  • \n
  • Workflow & Escalation Management: Analyze recurring execution, workflow, or billing challenges to advocate for systemic fixes, process updates, or clear documentation.
  • \n
  • Senior Stakeholder Support: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for severe campaign-level client or agency concerns, providing strategic guidance to resolve issues.
  • \n
  • Client Relationship Enablement: Empower and guide Account Managers and Campaign Managers in maintaining strong, professional client relationships through communication best practices.
  • \n
  • Roadblock Removal: Proactively identify and eliminate day-to-day operational or technical roadblocks to help the campaign management team execute effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • \n
  • 5+ years of experience in digital account management, media execution, or ad operations
  • \n
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring team members preferred
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of digital media execution, pacing, and billing fundamentals
  • \n
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • \n
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
