Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Paid Search Performance & Operations
  • Own campaign execution in partnership with our media agency, ensuring strong delivery, pacing , and performance
  • Lead ongoing optimization efforts and contribute to testing strategies, ensuring learnings are captured and applied
  • Oversee spend tracking, performance reporting, and purchase order management to maintain operational rigor
  • Enable Marketing Technology & Partner Innovation
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate media partner capabilities into actionable requirements and delivered solutions
  • Collaborate with key partners (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest) to advance joint initiatives and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Identify and scale optimization signals across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels to improve performance outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in marketing or related field OR 4 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in paid search or performance marketing, including campaign execution, optimization, and operational workflows
  • Proven ability to partner with agencies and major media platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest)
  • Experience translating technical needs into clear requirements and driving delivery through cross-functional teams, with a foundation in marketing or media (rather than product management)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around shared goals and timelines
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to drive work forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills

Preferred

  • Digital marketing (for example, affiliate marketing, display advertising)
  • Working with a cross-functional team
