Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of Advocacy & Influencer strategy to drive awareness and conversion to support key business priorities
  • Brief influencer agency, with go-to-market strategy for national, retailer and trend campaigns. Follow through campaign execution with creator casting, negotiation, briefing, Values Matching and content quality review for approximately 40 influencers a month.
  • Identify new and emerging influencers while simultaneously maintaining and growing relationships with key influencers and influencer management companies
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Media departments on all paid influencer campaigns and activations to ensure alignment for maximum reach and results across organic, paid and earned (when boosting found UGC)
  • Partner with CDMO to identify trending creators and content pillars for both trend and anchor briefs
  • Work closely with Brand Engagement team to ensure influencer activation and brand messaging is aligned across earned/owned/influencer touchpoints
  • Responsible for content boosting codes and tracking
  • Assist Director and AVP with development of reports and presentations for company & divisional leaders
  • Co-Develop and deliver Marketing Plans & Brand Engagement recaps
  • Analyze and share insights from the L’Oreal USA CDMO reports that highlight influencer activity internally and externally
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Influencer and/or PR/communications in agency or in-house, excluding internships. Experience in skin a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Well-versed in the influencer space, including familiar with key talent and content trends
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, SnapChat and emerging platforms
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong understanding and passion for the beauty and cosmetic industry
  • Strong relationship with creators and management teams
  • Strong understanding in budget management
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
