Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and business metrics to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases and translate requirements into aligned projects supporting overall strategy.
  • Lead sales activities by articulating product features and value propositions to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships through professional communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance customer experiences.
  • Utilize data insights to inform advertising solutions and support sales planning.
  • Manage escalations and ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, omni channel merchandising, or related area
  • Proven ability to analyze business metrics and interpret data models to inform decision-making and solve complex business challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of product features, value propositions, and assortment management to support sales and customer engagement.
  • Experience in stakeholder identification, communication, and relationship management to build effective partnerships and influence outcomes
  • Expertise in developing and delivering sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs and market conditions.
  • Skilled in managing customer onboarding processes and resolving escalations to enhance customer experience.
  • Proficiency in account planning, forecasting, and leveraging industry trends to support sales
  • Ability to utilize business insights and analytics to recommend advertising solutions and improve sales planning.
