Responsibilities

• Showcasing products, driving sales, and educating viewers on the uses and benefits of each product.
• Hosts will gradually become familiar with our talking points and scripts
• Hosts will spend time detailing positive personal experiences with the products and perform well in multiple of our live rooms.
• Our live streams run from 12-6pm, and hosts will be on camera for two-to-four-hour slots.
• This is an on-site role at our Glendale office for a charismatic and confident live stream host.
• Hosts must be punctual and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, considering TikTok live streams.
• Hosts will engage with viewers for a minimum of 2 hours at a time, with extended shifts available depending on performance and desired hours.

Requirements

• We are looking for individuals who can be available multiple days a week to lead high-energy, on-camera sessions that connect with audiences and drive sales.
• Live stream hosts must be able to speak fluidly and persuasively about products, while thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• The ideal live stream host will possess strong presentation skills, excellent vocal delivery, and the ability to celebrate sales and comments confidently on camera.
• Previous experience or familiarity with TikTok’s livestreaming formats is a must.
• Hosts should be comfortable interacting with a live audience for 2–4 hours per session, while also maintaining positive energy and professionalism.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants must also be comfortable commuting to our Glendale office multiple times per week, and preferably, they must be able to start immediately.
• A host's personality, whether high-energy and hype, warm and friendly, or informative and persuasive, will be taken into account when reviewing live performances.
• Previous experience performing, selling, or speaking live on camera is ideal.
