Responsibilities

• Host live shopping broadcasts across social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop and other livestream channels
• Present products in an engaging, educational, and authentic way in both English and Spanish
• Interact with viewers live by answering questions and creating a strong audience connection
• Build excitement around featured products, campaigns, and promotions
• Maintain an energetic and professional on-camera presence throughout livestream sessions
• Collaborate with producers and internal teams to prepare scripts, talking points, and promotional strategies
• Stay informed on social media trends, viral products, and emerging consumer interests
• Help drive audience engagement, conversion, and overall livestream performance
• Contribute creative ideas to elevate livestream content and viewer experience

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to connect with audiences and maintain engagement
• High-energy, outgoing, and adaptable personality
• Interest in social media, e-commerce, and digital trends
• Customer-focused mindset with strong presentation skills
• Reliable, professional, and collaborative
• Must be local to the Miami, FL area

Preferred

• Experience in livestream hosting, content creation, retail sales, customer service, acting, broadcasting, public speaking, or entertainment
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, or similar platforms
• Experience promoting products or interacting with online communities
• Background in beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products is a plus
• Bilingual content creation or social media experience preferred
