Job Summary

Own live show operations end to end from planning to post show follow up, with a focus on audience engagement, real time auction management, and repeat buyers.

  • Show Planning and Execution: Plan frequency, themes, and live auction workflow from pre show to post show tasks.
  • Audience Engagement: Run chat, on camera segments, giveaways, and promotions to boost viewership and repeat buyers.
  • Performance Feedback: Track sales, viewer counts, and feedback to refine future show strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan frequency, timing, themes, and special events for the shows.
  • Market upcoming shows across social media, WhatNot notifications, email, and other channels that move the needle.
  • Set up and organize WhatNot show listings, product queues, giveaway items, and auction formats before we go live.
  • Run the auction controls in real time — launching items, managing bids, adjusting on the fly.
  • Build out giveaways and promotions that drive viewership, engagement, and repeat buyers.
  • Own customer relations — monitor chat during shows, respond to buyer messages, handle issues, and ensure positive experiences.
  • Handle post-show tasks like order confirmations, shipping coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Jump on camera when needed to showcase products, interact with the audience, or co-host segments.
  • Track what\'s working and what\'s not — help refine our show strategy based on sales data, viewer counts, and customer feedback.

  • Tech-savvy — you pick up new platforms and software quickly and don\'t panic when things go sideways.
  • Marketing mindset — you know how to build hype, create content, and get people to show up.
  • Fast-paced multitasker who stays cool under pressure during a live broadcast.
  • Great personality — you\'re personable, energetic, and comfortable being on camera.
  • Strong communicator who can handle customer interactions with professionalism and personality.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, especially when juggling schedules, promotions, and orders in real time.
  • Reliable and punctual — when we go live, we need you there, locked in and ready.
  • Interest in fishing or the outdoors is a plus, but not required — we\'ll teach you the product side.
