Job Summary

Own live chat moderation and viewer engagement to sustain a positive, on-brand environment and drive immediate commerce outcomes.

Moderation: monitor real-time chat, filter spam, flag inappropriate comments, and maintain a constructive atmosphere.
Engagement & conversion: answer basic questions, pin critical info/CTAs, and encourage purchases during the show.
Coordination & insights: relay viewer questions to the host and production and report post-show chat metrics and sentiment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate live chat in real time, filtering spam, flagging inappropriate comments, and maintaining a positive viewer environment
Pin key product information, promotions, and CTAs at the right moments throughout the show
Engage with viewers directly in chat to drive excitement, answer basic product questions, and encourage purchases
Coordinate with the host and production team via a back-channel to relay viewer questions, trending comments, and live feedback
Track and report on chat activity, viewer sentiment, and engagement metrics after each session
Support giveaways, polls, and interactive segments as directed by the producer

Requirements

Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments where things move quickly and multitasking is the norm
Strong written communication — clear, on-brand, and quick
Prior experience with TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or other live streaming platforms is a strong asset
Familiarity with live commerce or e-commerce is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet setup for remote sessions
Available for scheduled live shows, which may include evenings and weekends
