Job Summary

Own the data backbone for marketing analytics by turning Web, CRM, and MAP signals into a trusted, scalable platform that supports prescriptive insights and data-driven decisions.

  • Data Platform & Architecture: Lead Data Cloud integration to create a single source of truth connecting Web, CRM, and MAP data.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Move beyond dashboards with prescriptive insights and lead MTA/MMM to prove incremental value.
  • Data Engineering & Operations: Oversee tracking, pipelines, cloud automation, monitoring, and vendor/mentee oversight to ensure reliability and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Data Platform & Architecture: Lead Data Cloud integration (BigQuery/ Salesforce Data Cloud) to create a Single Source of Truth with scalable, maintainable architecture that connects Web, CRM, and MAP data.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Provide prescriptive insights and lead Multi-Touch Attribution and Media Mix Modeling to prove incremental value beyond dashboards.
  • Data Engineering & Operations: Oversee tracking/collection (GA4, GTM), analytics pipelines, cloud automation, monitoring, and reliability; mentor one Data Analyst and manage external data vendors.

Requirements

  • Years of Experience: 12+ years in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or BI with lead/architect track.
  • Education: College degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent high-level Web/Data Engineering experience.
  • Expert Proficiency: SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Cloud Mastery: Advanced experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and familiarity with AWS.
