Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate daily operations and team activities
• Track performance metrics and report on campaign results
• Support client communications and project updates
• Help train and guide entry-level team members
• Ensure timelines, targets, and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Must be able to work in-person in NYC
