Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media
• Support the organization and promotion of events, trade shows, and product launches to maximize brand exposure
• Engage with customers during events by providing product demonstrations and answering questions to foster positive brand experiences
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for customer engagement and lead generation
• Contribute to creating engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Help maintain relationships with clients and partners through excellent customer service and follow-up communications
• Support bilingual communication efforts to reach diverse audiences effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak confidently in public settings
• Experience in event marketing or organizing promotional activities is a plus
• Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
