Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Website Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, update, and maintain the BIB corporate website, with a focus on improving functionality, user experience, content, and overall presentation.
  • AI Integration: Identify and implement practical AI-based tools and solutions that can improve website functionality, customer engagement, internal workflows, and information management.
  • FAQ & Knowledge Database: Develop and maintain a structured FAQ and knowledge database that makes technical and corporate information easier for customers and employees to access.
  • Microsoft Tools: Support the organization through effective use of Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft tools.
  • Graphics & Digital Content: Create and maintain graphics, visual assets, and other digital materials for the website and company communications.
  • AI Tools: Evaluate and use emerging AI tools, including Claude and other generative AI platforms, to improve productivity, content development, information organization, and digital workflows.
  • Database Development: Assist with the design, organization, implementation, and maintenance of databases and information repositories.
  • Marketing Support: Provide general support for digital and marketing projects and other IT-related initiatives as needed. Will be required to support the sales and marketing team with any other tasks that are requested.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a university student in the United States.
  • Available for a 10–15 hour-per-week internship for approximately 12 months.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and be either a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).
  • Prior hands-on experience with website design, development, or maintenance.
  • Experience setting up, organizing, or maintaining databases or structured information systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong interest in AI technologies and emerging digital tools.
  • Experience with graphics and digital content creation.
  • Familiarity with Claude or other generative AI tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing, or another Business discipline required.

Preferred

  • Experience with website platforms, CMS systems, HTML/CSS, or related web technologies.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into websites or business workflows.
  • Experience designing FAQ, knowledge-management, or searchable information databases.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and web design principles.
  • Strong visual and graphic design skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to practical business problems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a professional team.
