Job Summary

Own the in-store experiential arc and connect brand campaigns to local sales by coordinating displays, events, and content with store leaders and the regional marketing team.

  • Visual & Campaign Execution: Align signage, product displays, and collateral with campaigns; track display performance and capture customer interactions.
  • Events & Community Activation: Plan and run in-store events, VIP activations, trunk shows, and local partnerships with store teams.
  • Content, Data & Leadership: Capture store-level content, brief cross-functional partners, and use foot-traffic and activation data to inform local strategy and a final capstone project.

Job Description

Own the in-store experiential arc from concept to impact by coordinating displays, events, and content that tie brand campaigns to store performance and local engagement.

  • Visual Merchandising Support: Partner with the creative team to ensure in-store signage, product displays, and marketing collateral align with current brand campaigns and seasonal launches
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in launching in-store marketing initiatives, tracking their performance, and gathering feedback on how customers interact with the displays
  • Content Generation: Capture authentic, store-level social media content and behind-the-scenes moments to support regional and corporate digital marketing efforts.
  • Event Activation & Retail Operations
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing, promoting, and executing in-store events, trunk shows, VIP client activations, and community partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside store managers and sales associates to ensure the team is fully briefed on current marketing promotions and brand initiatives.
  • Workflow & Data Tracking: Utilize internal retail systems to track foot traffic, event attendance, and the overall impact of marketing activations on store sales.
  • Leadership & Professional Development
  • Retail Leadership: Learn the business mechanics of how experiential marketing directly drives retail revenue, customer retention, and brand equity.
  • Final Capstone Project: Partner with store management to design and pitch an innovative marketing activation or experience strategy aimed at increasing local customer engagement.
