Job Summary

Drive experiential marketing internship work by supporting events, vendor research, and program reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supports in logistical planning for marketing events
  • Researches events, vendors, permits, etc.
  • Develops and manages databases (event scheduling)
  • Participates in brainstorms
  • Actively problem solves against account and team needs
  • Tracks media hits and updates activity reports
  • Executes various client program components
  • Monitors trend/industry news for client coverage and clips placements for account team review
  • Helps to create program recaps
  • Drafts event/launch strategy docs, and other client communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (communications, liberal arts, business or marketing focus preferred)
  • Previous work experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Resourceful and solutions-focused; capable of multitasking, prioritizing, organizing; excellent attention to detail; self-motivated and able to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually; effectively manages time, follows up, and is results-driven

Preferred

  • Knowledge and familiarity with experiential marketing preferred.
