Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of influencer and creator production from brief through final delivery, including sourcing, scoping, contracting, briefing, production, reviews, revisions, approvals, and asset delivery.
  • Partner with Creative + Brand/Strategy throughout the creative process to advise on influencer fit, platform considerations, production feasibility, and execution.
  • Research, identify, vet, and recommend influencers and creators based on the creative concept, brand, audience, platform, and campaign objectives.
  • Build and manage talent shortlists, scopes, deliverables, production timelines, review calendars, budgets, and campaign trackers.
  • Lead influencer and creator briefings and kickoffs, ensuring talent has clear direction around the creative concept, deliverables, brand requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Serve as the day-to-day production contact for influencers, creators, talent managers, agents, and other external partners throughout the campaign.
  • Manage talent negotiations and contracting in partnership with internal teams, including rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, and other campaign requirements.
  • Coordinate production logistics including product shipments, scheduling, travel, locations, crew, equipment, and shoot requirements as needed.
  • Provide hands-on production support to influencers and creators throughout content development, troubleshooting issues and keeping work moving against established timelines.
  • Consolidate and communicate internal and client feedback into clear, actionable revision notes and manage content through final approval.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of influencer, creator, or social production experience within an advertising agency, influencer agency, production company, or similar environment.
  • Experience working on an Influencer AOR is required, with a strong understanding of the workflows, volume, and pace required to manage always-on influencer programs.
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of influencer production, from talent sourcing and contracting through briefing, content production, approvals, posting, and final delivery.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns with multiple talent partners, deliverables, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of influencer agreements, rates, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, licensing, and other key talent considerations.
  • Experience briefing and managing influencers and creators while balancing brand requirements with talent’s authentic voice and audience.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the broader social landscape, with a strong understanding of what makes content native to each platform.
  • Experience managing both influencer-led content and creator-produced content for brand-owned channels.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and experience managing relationships across influencers, talent representatives, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • A strong network and eye for established and emerging influencers and creators across platforms, communities, and verticals.
