Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identify target influencers based on campaign needs
• Support the preparation of brand presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Negotiate with talent rates with the assistant of your Talent Manager and Campaign Manager
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned talent and brands
• Work with the campaign team for communication brand expectations for the talents' campaigns

Requirements

• 1-3 years of influencer marketing
• 1-4 years of experience in adjecant roles (social media, PR, sponsorships, etc)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite OR Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• Enthusiasm for influencer marketing and a passion for working with creative talent.
• Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude and an ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
