Job Summary

Own end-to-end influencer campaigns and creator outreach for a gaming-focused influencer platform, shaping who fans watch, how content performs, and how campaigns scale across major social channels.

  • Own large-scale outreach (200+ creators), negotiate terms, and track progress to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Build and maintain platform-segmented creator databases and drive social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels to boost engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns via the Noiz platform: craft outreach emails, vet creators for fit, monitor live content for compliance and brand safety.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders: prepare reports, share updates, participate in calls, gather feedback.
  • Conduct large‑scale creator outreach (200+ creators): manage responses, follow‑up, pricing negotiations, contract stages.
  • Build and maintain creator databases segmented by platform (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick), genre, audience demographics, engagement metrics.
  • Lead all Social media objectives, including expansion of social meda presence on TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms. Posting engaging content to calendars, promoting Noiz campaigns and continuous monthly spotlight initiatives.
  • Research emerging games, platforms and creator trends; contribute creative ideas for increasing engagement and virality.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and help shape processes—not just follow them.
  • Play Snail Games USA’s titles during development cycles to determine player audience profile, selection, and influencer strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business or related.
  • 3-6 years in digital or influencer marketing, community management, or outreach operations.
  • Strong experience managing high‑volume outreach and organizing detailed tracking systems.
  • True gamer mindset: you’re familiar with streaming platforms, follow game‑influencer culture, track trends across game genres.
  • Exceptional organizational skills in order to work with influencers, creators and talent management on multiple influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you know how to personalise outreach at scale.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking).
  • Proactive, problem‑solver mindset; you thrive in fast‑paced environments and follow through despite rejection/non‑responses.
  • Strong experience on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok influencer/community ecosystems
  • Servicing clients and campaigns during non work hours and occasional weekends.

Preferred

  • Understanding of performance metrics (CPM, engagement rate, ROI) and game‑audience behaviours.
  • Personal experience with content creation or streaming.
