Job Summary

Own omnichannel ecommerce growth by optimizing Amazon ads and D2C Shopify performance, turning data into revenue through ads, listings, and retention programs.

Growth Infrastructure: Own Amazon campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Shopify ads to drive revenue, ROAS, and profitability.
CRM & Lifecycle: Build and manage email/SMS marketing flows and segmentation to boost retention and repeat purchases.
Marketplace & Listings Ops: Maintain listings health across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart; optimize product pages, A+ content, and launches with data-driven reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Review search term reports and implement keyword and negative keyword strategies
Monitor campaign performance and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall profitability
Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and marketplace visibility
Operate and maintain Amazon Seller Central day-to-day, including FBA inventory, listing health, suppressed listings, case logs, and account performance metrics
Maintain and improve Amazon listings, A+ Content, images, keywords, and product detail pages
Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and account performance
Coordinate listing updates and product launches
Maintain, optimize, and grow our Shopify D2C storefronts as a core revenue channel
Improve product pages, site merchandising, conversion rate, and on-site customer experience
