Job Summary

Own patient marketing strategy and execution with cross functional alignment to HCP marketing, sales, PSP, and Market Research, while championing CRC compliance for patient materials and managing external partners to hit timelines and budgets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with patient advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to understand patient needs and incorporate their perspectives into marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration with stakeholder teams, including HCP marketing, sales, PSP, and Market Research to ensure seamless execution of patient marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in consumer marketing, consumer engagement, and regulatory compliance, infusing learnings as appropriate.
  • Serve as the CRC champion for all patient core material development ensuring all patient marketing activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare marketing, with a focus on patient marketing.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
