Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and drive our GTM strategy from 0 to 1. Identify creative, scrappy, high-leverage ways to acquire and engage users
- Work closely with the founders and product team to collect userćéŠ and translate it into better product decisions
- Develop our brand, messaging and positioning that captures who we are and why we matter. Turn product insights into compelling narratives and campaigns
- Experiment across channels: social, partnerships, campus/community activations, content, events, ambassador programs, and other unconventional growth paths
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, growth, brand, community, content, or related role
- Builder mindset: you've built side projects, communities, content accounts, events, or experiments independently
- Strong initiative: you see opportunities and act on them without waiting to be told
- Excited by startup environments: fast-moving, ambiguous, hands-on, and constantly evolving
- Strong storyteller with a good sense of brand, audience, and culture
Preferred
- Prior 0 to 1 startup experience
- Experience in social platforms, creator ecosystems, or Gen Z/community-driven products
