Job Summary

Own early growth experiments and positioning for a B2B SaaS product by turning user learnings into measurable activation and repeat-use outcomes.

  • Growth experimentation: design and run rapid tests across ICPs, messaging, channels, onboarding, and activation.
  • Insights to action: translate conversations and feedback into concrete positioning and go-to-market moves.
  • Activation focus: define practical metrics and a coherent early growth plan that founders can execute with fast iteration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and run rapid growth experiments across ICPs, messaging, channels, onboarding, and activation.
  • Help identify the strongest early customer segments — likely including consultants, facilitators, startup leadership teams, coaches, recruiters, and other meeting-heavy professionals.
  • Turn user conversations, demos, and feedback into clear positioning insights.
  • Test landing page messaging, LinkedIn posts, email outreach, referral angles, demo formats, and lightweight paid or organic campaigns.
  • Help us understand what drives activation, especially getting users from first meeting to second and third use.
  • Build simple experiment plans with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and next-step recommendations.
  • Create lightweight copy and campaign assets: landing page variants, outreach emails, LinkedIn posts, referral messaging, demo scripts, and follow-up sequences.
  • Help define the right early growth metrics for this stage — not vanity traffic, but real usage, repeat behavior, qualified conversations, and buying intent.
  • Interview users and inactive signups to understand where they got confused, what value they expected, and why they did or didn’t return.
  • Recommend what to double down on, what to kill, and what to test next.

Requirements

  • Have experience helping early-stage startups find or refine product-market fit.
  • Think in experiments, not campaigns.
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and imperfect data.
  • Can write sharp, clear messaging for executive and professional audiences.
  • Understand B2B SaaS, founder-led sales, and early activation loops.
  • Know how to use qualitative customer insight to shape positioning and growth strategy.
  • Have strong judgment about when to test scrappy vs. when to polish.
  • Are comfortable working directly with founders.
  • Can synthesize messy feedback into practical next steps.
  • Are hands-on enough to write, launch, analyze, and iterate — not just advise.

Preferred

  • Bonus if you have experience with AI products, productivity tools, collaboration software, prosumer SaaS, or tools sold into meeting-heavy professional workflows.
  • Management consultants
  • Startup founders and leadership teams
  • Facilitators / OD practitioners
  • Executive coaches
  • Recruiting or executive search firms
