Job Summary

Own the division’s strategy and numbers, driving growth from seven figures to a high seven figures while building scalable processes and leading a 30-person team across delivery hubs and client sites.

Own P&L and growth initiatives across India delivery and SF clients
Scale revenue, systems, and quality-driven service
Lead and develop a high-output team of creatives and operators

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the division. Set the strategy and answer for the numbers.
Grow the revenue from low 7 figures to high 7 figures a year.
Build the process and systems that let the division scale cleanly.
Lead 30 creatives and operators. Hire, develop, and set the bar.
Bridge our India delivery team and SF clients so the two run as one.
Uphold insane quality and customer service on every show.

Requirements

Agency leadership. Youve run a division, studio, or agency and grown revenue.
Growth or marketing lead. Youve owned a P&L or a growth number at a name people know.
Operator who builds. Youve built and led a high-output team, with results to show.
Podcast experience. Youve run a podcast studio on the business side, or come from production/creative and want to move onto the business side.
