Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging channels
  • Drive measurable pipeline growth through high-quality acquisition and channel optimisation
  • Leverage ABM and intent data platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Influ2) to accelerate deal velocity and targeting precision
  • Partner closely with SDR and Sales teams to align inbound and outbound strategies
  • Own YOOBIC’s website strategy, ensuring it drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, messaging, and UX
  • Implement advanced personalisation strategies using behavioural and intent data
  • Continuously improve SEO, AEO, and site performance to capture high-intent traffic
  • Identify and deploy cutting-edge AI tools to enhance targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance
  • Build scalable workflows for experimentation, content testing, and optimisation

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in demand generation and website optimisation, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through paid media, SEO, and digital performance strategies
  • Strong experience with ABM and intent platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Influ2)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g. Seam AI, Clay or similar)
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong WordPress experience and hands-on experience with CRO tools (e.g. VWO, Optimizely)
  • Highly analytical with a strong experimentation mindset and focus on continuous optimisation
  • Naturally curious about AI and emerging marketing technologies — always testing and learning
  • A builder mentality: comfortable owning strategy while staying close to execution

Preferred

  • Prior leadership experience in demand generation or marketing leadership
  • Experience scaling growth engines in global SaaS
  • Familiarity with additional AI marketing tools beyond Seam AI and Clay
