Responsibilities

• Partner closely with GTM leaders to shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution across the organization
• Partner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, developing and iterating on new approaches in ambiguous or undefined areas. For example, this role will provide business partner support for the Global Commercial Sales organization and help establish the operational and strategic foundations for the team.
• Drive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability by implementing operational processes and cadences that enable structured growth
• Contribute to high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Finance or Legal. Ideal candidates will have a combination of operational experience in GTM Strategy & Operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, and experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy / management consulting, or other highly analytical roles
• Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner – you know how to build trusted relationships, navigate different working styles, and influence without direct authority
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you're energized by working across teams and can bring people together around shared goals
