Own data integration and automation for RevPartners’ GTM campaigns, leveraging Clay and connected tools to improve data quality and campaign execution.

  • Must-have: 2+ years building complex data enrichment and 1+ year with Clay.
  • Standout: Cross-team collaboration with Allbound and RevOps to scale GTM programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Allbound Maturity Levels: Build and optimize Claybook processes based on RP’s Allbound Maturity Model.
  • Data Integration: Connect and orchestrate tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and Outbound Sync.
  • Quality Control: Ensure data integrity and accuracy for campaign execution.
  • Innovation & Execution: Design new and creative ways to unlock value through our data and tech stack.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the Allbound and RevOps teams to support all aspects of GTM campaigns.
  • Mentorship : Coach junior team members on automation best practices and platform fluency.

Requirements

  • - Workflow & Automation Expertise
  • - 2+ years building complex data enrichment and automation workflows
  • - 1+ years advanced experience with Clay
  • - Strong understanding of Clay’s integration capabilities and limitations
  • - Technical Fluency : 2+ years of experience:
  • - Hands-on experience with web scraping tools and techniques
  • - Proficient in manipulating data formats (CSV, etc)
  • - Skilled in data cleaning and validation processes
  • - Communication: Proficiency in remote communication with internal teams using Google Meet, Slack, and email.
  • - Trust : You operate with honesty and integrity.

Preferred

  • - Agency background
  • - HubSpot: Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops Hub
  • - Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
  • - Tools like: ClickUp, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, SmartLead/Lemlist, Ads Platforms, Chili Pipe, Sendos and more!
