Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid acquisition on Meta and Google, hands-on in-platform: strategy, campaign structure, creative testing, budget management, and optimization
  • Creator-led advertising on Meta: sourcing UGC creators, briefing creative, and running test-and-iterate cycles based on performance data
  • Lifecycle and email marketing to support customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention: campaigns, segmentation, and performance
  • Performance reporting and experimentation: hypothesis, test design, reading results, deciding what's next
  • Conversion rate optimization across the funnel, from ad click to purchase

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on growth marketing experience at a consumer, DTC, or marketplace brand
  • Direct in-platform experience running Meta and Google campaigns yourself, with specific examples of what you ran, what the results were, and what you learned
  • Experience sourcing and briefing UGC creators and managing performance-driven creator partnerships on Meta
  • Klaviyo fluency: flows, campaigns, segmentation, and performance analysis
  • Comfort translating performance data into clear decisions — you know what the numbers mean and what to do next
  • Strong writing: you can hold a brand voice in ad copy, emails, and landing pages
  • Fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as a daily accelerator for analysis, copy, and workflow
  • Prior experience working at a company with fewer than 25 employees at some point in your career

Preferred

  • Experience at a marketplace or two-sided platform
  • Background in considered-purchase or high-AOV categories
  • AEO or LLM-citation strategy experience
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution or media mix approaches
