Job Summary

Own the paid social lead-gen engine for a Type 1 diabetes camp program, turning experiments into enrollments across ads, landing pages, inquiries, and enrollment, while shaping family-centric messaging and program learnings.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Launch and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns to drive applications and enrollments.
  • Lead Funnel Ownership: Build the funnel from ads to inquiry to enrollment with aligned landing pages and family-focused messaging.
  • Measurement & Insights: Track performance, share findings, and iterate on what works and what doesn’t.

Job Description

  • Growth Infrastructure: Launch and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns using AI-enabled tools.
  • Audience & Messaging Testing: Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify what drives applications and enrollments.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for cost per lead and conversion.
  • Lead Funnel Development: Build and refine lead generation funnels (ads → landing pages → inquiry → enrollment).
  • Messaging Collaboration: Collaborate with our team on messaging that resonates with families and individuals navigating Type 1 diabetes.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track results and share insights on what’s working (and what’s not).
  • Program Expansion: Expanded offerings, including international travel programs, outdoor adventure experiences, and emerging programming for adults with Type 1 diabetes.
  • Requirements: Interest in marketing, growth, startups, or social impact
  • Requirements: Comfortable experimenting and learning quickly (no need to know everything upfront)
  • Requirements: Analytical mindset—you like looking at data and figuring out what it means
  • Requirements: Strong communication and ownership—you can run with a project
  • Preferred: Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or marketing analytics tools
