• Build funnels and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
• Develop advanced automation workflows (SMS, email, voicemail drops, triggers, tagging)
• Create and manage CRM pipelines for mortgage and real estate leads
• Build lead routing systems and internal notifications for our team
• Implement follow-up sequences to increase lead conversion
• Integrate GoHighLevel with other systems including Arive LOS, Zapier, Twilio, and other third-party tools
• Help streamline the process from lead → application → closing

• Strong experience working inside GoHighLevel
• Experience building automation workflows and CRM systems
• Knowledge of lead nurturing and conversion optimization
• Experience integrating GoHighLevel with other platforms
• Ability to build structured pipelines and automation systems

• Experience working with mortgage or real estate businesses
• Familiarity with Arive LOS integrations
• Experience connecting lead funnels to loan origination workflows
• Experience with Zapier or API integrations
