Job Summary

Own the Trust & Safety product marketing narrative across geographies, focusing on launches and external messaging that protect users and build trust.

  • Drive cross-functional roadmaps and measurable outcomes for Trust & Safety product marketing across channels.
  • Align Product and Marketing voices to unify vision, audiences, and market-specific messaging in designated markets.
  • Spearhead global consistency in value proposition, messaging hierarchy, and GTM plans with research-backed audience insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help shape, and promote important Trust and Safety narratives, programs, and product launches globally
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, execute Trust & Safety product marketing roadmaps, set measurable results, own user & competitive insights, shape product & external messaging, and execute across channels.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the visibility of Trust and Safety and product marketing efforts; developing a continuous flow of communication among relevant teams.
  • Be the voice of Product to Marketing, and the voice of Marketing to Product: drive alignment across product and business teams for the purpose of unifying our vision and goals for key user audiences in designated markets.
  • Spearhead global consistency in product marketing and brand marketing strategies and execution, including prioritization, messaging hierarchy, product value prop and positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Work with our research and insights teams to deliver deep audience & competitive insights to be used in product decision making.
  • Partner closely with leaders in product, marketing, PR, public policy, operations, strategy and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination. - Be the glue between teams and our users.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment within a complex, matrixed organization
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity as well as interpersonal skills as you often act as the “glue” between internal departments.
  • Compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Product marketing experience at mobile/tech/consumer products used by millions, ideally in product marketing, with more recent experience related to Trust & Safety or Responsibility marketing
  • Experience in brand safety narratives and campaigns, trust and safety marketing, and reputation building story-telling and product marketing
