Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Craft clear, compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to the Cloudhealth partner community and end-users as well as internally for enabling the sales teams
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform strategy and identify opportunities as well as to create the Cloudhealth business intelligence needed to compete successfully
  • Partner with product management to influence roadmaps and ensure market fit
  • Create and manage sales enablement tools, including sales/pitch decks, product demos, battlecards, and case studies, and any needed resources to successfully go-to-market
  • Collaborate with sales strategist and marketing to develop campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention
  • Measure and report against KPI’s on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
  • Act as a product evangelist at events, webinars, customer meetings, and with partners globally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the technology or software industry, ideally in selling Saas and/or Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, customer segmentation, and buyer personas.
  • Proven track record of developing messaging frameworks and product positioning throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
