Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Grade & VisionLink solutions, including integration at machine point of sale and adoption across the current customer base.
  • Lead global launch and commercialization planning for the Grade portfolio, including awareness, marketing, transactions, installation/upgrade pathways, dealer quoting integration and sales funnel support.
  • Partner across the enterprise, with dealers and with field teams to drive adoption, utilization and commercial growth.
  • Use customer feedback, market research and competitive insights to identify needs, shape pricing and merchandising recommendations, and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training for field teams and dealers that connects Grade technology to customer challenges and jobsite productivity outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Grade solutions, supporting technical discussions with customers, dealers and product partners.
  • Collaborate with the VisionLink go-to-market lead to help customers adopt VisionLink and proactively improve site productivity.

  • Industry Knowledge: Applies strong understanding of construction technology, heavy equipment markets, competitive trends and customer needs to shape effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Analyzes complex business opportunities, evaluates options with key stakeholders and makes informed decisions that support growth and execution.
  • Effective Communications: Communicates clearly across global teams, dealers, customers and senior stakeholders, tailoring messages to influence alignment and action.
  • Relationship Management: Builds and maintains trusted relationships with dealers, customers, internal partners and technology teams to support long-term success.
  • Value Selling: Connects technology solutions to customer challenges by clearly articulating value, productivity impact and business benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience in manufacturing, construction technology or heavy equipment.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, preferably within the construction, technology or heavy equipment industries.
  • Global business experience, with the ability to navigate diverse markets, customer needs and cultural considerations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align business plans to company objectives and drive scalable growth.
