Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated partnership activations across Sacramento Kings home games, Kings events, Community Initiatives & B2B
  • Assist with game night partnership activation, including sponsor hospitality, on-site execution, premium experiences, promotional elements, and fulfillment of contractual assets.
  • Manage partnership asset tracking throughout the season, including digital content, social media, LED signage, in-arena promotions, radio, and hospitality inventory to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Develop partnership mid-season and end of season recap presentations by compiling campaign metrics, activation photography, social performance, and proof-of-performance materials for partner reporting.
  • Create and maintain partnership planning documents, activation timelines, onboarding materials, and season-long calendars to support successful execution across departments.
  • Coordinate partnership merchandise inventory, gifting logistics, promotional items, and branded assets while maintaining organized tracking systems

Requirements

  • An interest in gaining experience in sponsorship, partnership activation, or experiential marketing
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be highly resourceful.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and anticipate projects
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be service oriented, committed to teamwork and catering to clients
  • Must have in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Capable of working extended hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • To qualify for Kings University internships, you must be:
  • Currently enrolled in college or have graduated within 12 months
  • Able to commute to the downtown Sacramento office
  • Able to work 25 hours per week

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of photography and photoshop would be a plus, but is not required
