Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Evolution: You are the architect of a scalable global framework designed to lead PaperCut’s multi-tier channel through a SaaS transformation.
  • Design the System: You will own the maturity of the Global Partner Program, engineering tiers and incentive frameworks (SPIFs) that reward recurring revenue, cloud adoption, and long-term customer lifecycle value.
  • Drive AI-Enabled Growth: Orchestrate AI-driven channel-delivery workflows and evolve our Partner Portal into a dynamic, AI-enabled hub for instant localization and reseller enablement.
  • Enable the Team: You will manage a small team of Channel Marketing Managers globally, building plans, providing frameworks, and self-service toolkits that allow partners to activate their networks with speed and precision.
  • Measure What Matters: Define the global dashboard for partner engagement and program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to prioritize high-performing investments and optimize ROI

Requirements

  • Experience architecting global partner programs for SaaS transformations that scale with cloud adoption and recurring revenue
  • Ability to design and communicate a compelling vision that aligns channel activities with overarching global company goals and revenue growth
  • Deep Channel Marketing expertise in navigating tiered distribution, with proven ability to influence OEMs and ASCs to pivot toward recurring revenue
  • Exceptional communication skills as a storyteller and influencer who can use data and commercial logic to persuade executive-level partners and align cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MarTech, automation, and lead management to drive execution across an integrated global marketing landscape
