Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Global Marketing Manager, Co-Marketing will contribute to all phases and elements of planning and executing marketing campaigns that support the App StoreĘĽs marketing and business goals.
  • This role will directly lead global campaigns end-to-end, from brief development through launch, along with distilling post-campaign performance learnings.
  • This is a key role within the App Store Brand Marketing & Campaigns team, focused primarily on growth campaigns to promote some of the world’s largest apps and games—including supporting new app launches and major in-app events.
  • This role will lead developer co-marketing campaigns in the US, and across multiple international markets.
  • You will collaborate closely with app developers, and with a variety of Apple cross-functional teams—including marketing channel leads, creative, editorial, and business teams—to define campaign objectives, strategy, messaging, and KPIs, ultimately delivering performant campaigns and initiatives.
  • You will also partner regularly with international marketing colleagues around the world to execute tailored marketing campaigns that resonate locally.
  • The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of, and a perspective on, digital marketing channels (social, creators, advertising, email, SEO, etc.), an ability to project manage, a knack for creative ideation, and acute attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders, will be critical to this role’s success.
  • You will also regularly craft and deliver presentations to audiences of all levels, distilling complex information into clean and compelling slides.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business to consumer marketing experience in the tech industry, gaming industry, and/or ad agencies
  • Passion for gaming, with affinity for mobile games
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, full-funnel marketing channels, and the latest trends in the digital media landscape
  • Proven experience authoring comprehensive marketing briefs, including market context, competition, target audience, goals, and performance KPIs
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing complex campaigns and marketing initiatives—launching on time and on budget
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks, testing, and optimization
  • Experience marketing mobile apps and/or mobile games
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives working on highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, and fostering trust
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing Keynote decks

Preferred

  • Experience with international marketing, including collaborating directly with regional marketing teams in other markets
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; significant experience using data to optimize strategy, performance, and business impact
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Developer-side experience is a plus
