Job Summary

Own campus and field marketing operations in Atlanta, coordinating outreach, intern programs, events, and creator scouting while keeping the founder’s schedule tight and every detail tracked.

  • Campus program ownership: build outreach, onboarding, and weekly check-ins with universities and student orgs.
  • Operations and logistics: calendar, travel planning, content calendars, and expense reporting.
  • Content support and creator research: on-location shoots and influencer outreach to scale content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Instagram activity and creator/influencer research as we scale content
  • Join us for content shoots across Atlanta — hold the camera, frame shots, capture Reels/Shorts on location
  • Hit the streets with us: yoga studios, wellness events, offline marketing, community building
  • Build our campus ambassador/intern program from scratch: outreach to Atlanta-area universities and marketing clubs
  • Recruit, screen, and coordinate marketing interns; run onboarding and weekly check-ins
  • Coordinate with student org leaders and faculty advisors; help book campus speaking events
  • Post roles, screen candidates, and schedule interviews as the team grows
  • Own the hiring pipeline and keep candidates warm — you'll help build the team around you
  • Manage the founder's calendar; plan and prep meetings, capture follow-ups, keep things moving
  • Coordinate travel end-to-end — booking, itineraries, logistics

Requirements

  • Metro Atlanta + reliable transportation; flexible for weekday/weekend field days
  • Organized and self-directed — you own outcomes, not task lists
  • A people-person: comfortable walking into a studio, a student org meeting, or an event cold
  • Excellent communication and public-speaking skills — you can hold a room, whether it's a student org meeting or a studio owner conversation
  • Detail-oriented with calendars, spreadsheets, and follow-ups — things don’t slip past you
  • A background or coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus — but what you've actually built matters more
  • No specific degree or years-of-experience requirement — show us what you've built
  • (implied) willingness to work in Atlanta-based roles

Preferred

  • Interest in wellness, yoga, or mindfulness is a strong plus — you’ll be living in that world
  • A background or coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus — but what you’ve actually built matters more
