Job Summary

Own field-enabled enablement by translating strategy into frontline messaging, training, and go-to-market playbooks, while actively surfacing field challenges to close readiness gaps.

  • Bridge messaging: translate product and marketing strategy for frontline teams and field-facing materials.
  • Enablement programs: build training and enablement materials and run sessions to drive adoption of new GTM approaches.
  • Field insight & alignment: spend time with the field to identify gaps and ensure cross-functional messaging consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a bridge between product, marketing, and the field, translating strategy into actionable messaging and enablement.
  • Building and refining training, enablement materials, and communication frameworks to support frontline teams.
  • Spending significant time engaging with the field to understand real challenges, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying and close gaps in how the organization equips teams to sell and support customers.
  • Leading or supporting training sessions and enablement programs that drive adoption of new go-to-market approaches.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment across teams and consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Contributing to evolving how the organization defines and executes go-to-market strategy over time.

Requirements

  • Experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, or field readiness roles, preferably within healthcare technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the ability to communicate credibly about industry dynamics and challenges.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and training materials.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to connect dots across workflows, teams, and processes.

Preferred

  • Experience in large-scale technology or consulting environments with exposure to go-to-market strategy.
  • Background in strategic selling or platform-based sales motions.
  • Strong visual storytelling and training design capabilities.
  • Experience supporting both sales and customer success organizations.
  • A demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
