Responsibilities

Engage homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods and spark genuine conversations about their roofing needs
Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to our sales team
Build relationships and represent the Elite Roofing brand with professionalism and energy

Requirements

Available full-time and ready to hit the ground running
Coachable and excited to learn — no prior experience needed
A natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic
