Responsibilities

• Conduct mold, asbestos, indoor air quality, and environmental inspections
• Collect samples and document findings accurately
• Prepare professional reports and communicate results to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners
• Actively market company services to generate new business opportunities
• Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service at all times
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and follow-up communication
• Drive to inspection sites throughout the service area

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or marketing experience preferred
• Background in environmental services, construction, restoration, or inspections is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to learn technical inspection processes and industry standards
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
