Job Summary

Drive frontline pipeline by sourcing net-new meetings, aligning with ICP, and coordinating multi-channel outreach to convert engaged prospects into first-time meetings.

  • Drive net-new meetings for Courser's brands and achieve quarterly targets from self-sourced leads with clear reporting on sourced and influenced outcomes.
  • Map campaign strategies to the brand’s TCP, account for regional MSP and regulated-industry dynamics, and build targeted lists in HubSpot for focused air-cover and follow-ups.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, direct mail) and coordinate with AE/BDR to generate first meetings and accelerate handoffs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new meetings for Courser's brands and achieve quarterly targets from self-sourced leads, with reporting on sourced and influenced outcomes.
  • Map campaign strategies to the brand’s TCP, recognize regional dynamics vs national patterns, and build target prospect lists in HubSpot.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach into brand prospect lists (email, LinkedIn, direct mail) and coordinate AE/BDR alignment to convert engagement into meetings.
  • Coordinate periodic local events (1–2 per quarter) to generate first meetings and amplify local brand presence through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Coordinate campaigns with local leadership and maintain a structured cadence with the Regional President, RSD, and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing for SMBs, with demonstrated meeting-volume or pipeline-generation ownership.
  • Working proficiency with HubSpot — landing pages, email workflows, list segmentation, and campaign performance reports.
  • Strong written English fluency with ability to localize outreach copy for a US business audience.
  • Ability to work asynchronously across time zones with overlapping hours for coordination and events.
  • Excellent project management — capable of handling 5–10 concurrent activities without slippage.
  • Comfortable in a fully remote, distributed team environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred

  • Prior experience supporting B2B IT services, MSP, or technology services demand generation.
  • Familiarity with US SMB culture (20–200 employees).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Experience with direct-mail platforms (Sendoso, Reachdesk, PostalDirect).
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics — Google Analytics, HubSpot reports, attribution dashboards.
  • Familiarity with sales-marketing alignment workflows — lead handoffs, MQL/SQL, attribution.
  • Exposure to vertical outreach (regulated industries) is a plus.
