Job Summary

Own onboarding, ongoing engagement, and community-building for a faith-driven membership, aligning member experience with spiritual and financial stewardship while partnering with church leadership to grow a trusted, vibrant ecosystem.

  • Member Lifecycle Ownership: define welcome journeys, milestone recognition, renewal campaigns, and debt-free celebrations for individuals and church-sponsored members.
  • Community & Engagement: foster a supportive online space with a consistent cadence of biblically rooted content, prompts, and practical financial tips.
  • Retention & Feedback: identify at-risk members early, drive personalized re-engagement, and surface member insights to improve the program.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously improve the onboarding experience for individual and church-sponsored members, making every new member feel welcomed, seen, and spiritually and financially set up for success
  • Develop proactive retention strategies by identifying at-risk members early and re-engaging them with intentional, personalized outreach
  • Own the full member lifecycle: welcome sequences, milestone recognition, renewal campaigns, and debt-free win celebrations
  • Be the internal voice of the member, surfacing feedback and patterns that improve the program over time
  • Build and sustain a vibrant online community where members feel spiritually grounded, practically equipped, and genuinely supported
  • Execute a consistent engagement cadence: weekly prompts, video content drops, biblically rooted financial tips, and encouragement posts
  • Produce monthly member newsletters that are personal, practical, and worth reading
  • Moderate discussions and champion a community culture that reflects the grace-filled, mission-driven spirit of Fully Funded Life
  • Track, analyze, and act on community engagement metrics
  • Support the onboarding experience for church partners and group-sponsored members, helping congregations launch Fully Funded Life with confidence and clarity

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing, member/customer success, community management, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience in church ministry, faith-based nonprofit work, or a similar mission-driven environment
  • Active personal faith and alignment with the biblical stewardship principles at the core of Fully Funded Life
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HighLevel, HubSpot, Infusionsoft, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute content across email and social channels
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

Preferred

  • Experience in a church volunteer, leadership, stewardship ministry, or discipleship role
  • Familiarity with ministry culture across multiple denominations or networks
  • Background in or passion for personal finance and financial wellness programming
  • Experience growing and managing an online membership or subscription community
